In the Late Summer of 2019, I sketch out a series of workshops focusing on art and trauma, designing specifically for Domestic Violence Survivors currently living in the transition or DV shelters.

This workshop use paper — any type and in any size, as the main source of material. Through the process of each workshop, the participants gain a communal experience of working independently together, drawing and making things by hand. The students have the opportunity to share and answer questions that brought out by the process. The results of the workshops are paper pop-up books and art work produced via the process of story sharing.
